If you’re subscribed to our newsletter and you purchase a frame from us, there’s nothing you need to do. If you make a purchase but aren’t yet subscribed, you can do so here, or we’ll remind you in your order confirmation. After that, as long as you’re subscribed, you’ll receive the emails.
If you’re not subscribed to our newsletter, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll send you a few aftercare tips as standard, as well as an invitation for a free frame rehab after a year, but nothing further. If you’re already subscribed, navigate to the footer of one of our recent emails and click “manage preferences.” There, just make sure “Cubitts Frame Collective” is selected, and you’re set.
No. The email offer does not date back to frames purchased before June 2022, except for the complimentary frame rehab after 1 year.
You will receive an email 1-2 times a year.
You won’t receive multiple emails but you can claim the perk per frame.
Yes, you will receive the email relating to your frame’s milestone.
Yes - when you receive your email notifying you of any new perks, it’ll contain instructions on how to claim.
On the first birthday of your Cubitts frames, they have a spot reserved for them in Cubitts rehab. The lenses will be removed and cleaned, the frame will be polished and deep-cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, the screws tightened and the hinges checked.
You are welcome to drop by one of our stores or get in touch with customer service who will arrange a free returns label to post your frames to us.
The warranty covers manufacturing product faults that are outside of general wear and tear.
Scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty. You can learn more about our warranty here.
