We ship with DHL. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us and email updates from the couriers with detailed delivery information.
Each pair of spectacles or sunglasses is glazed and assembled to order, and will depend on the type of lens chosen.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout once you have chosen your lenses. But as a guide:
Non prescription spectacles - 9 days
Standard prescription spectacles - 12 days
Thinner prescription spectacles - 20 days
Blue filter, light reactive, photochromic spectacles -20 days
Non prescription sunglasses - 9 days
Standard prescription sunglasses - 15 days
Thinner prescription sunglasses - 20 days
Polarised prescription sunglasses - 20 days
Accessories and physical gift cards - 7 days
Orders being shipped to the US will not include duties and tax fees covered by Cubitts.
You will only need to pay fees if your order is over the value of $800. We suggest that you check before purchasing.
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. This begins from the delivery date.
Returns are free for all orders shipped to the US.
You can only order bespoke frames by visiting us in the UK.
Yes. Cubitts is an out-of-network provider, which means you can apply your vision insurance plan and reimburse your Cubitts prescription frames.

Rehab and services
Yes, on the first birthday of your frames you will be eligible for a free frame rehab, including shipping.
Yes, you can book your frames in for any of our repair and reglazing services. Cubitts will not cover the shipping costs, unless this is part of an annual frame rehab or within warranty.
