A guide to insurance and reimbursement
Here’s a guide to how it works:
- Check whether your insurance covers spectacles, or just lenses. This will change depending on individual policies.
- Purchase your Cubitts spectacles. You can try on virtually before you buy.
- You’ll receive an invoice to your email, or you can download it from your Cubitts account on our website.
- Submit your invoice to your insurance provider along with your claim form. You can find and download forms from popular insurance providers below.

2) Complete the claims form and submit along with your itemised receipt to the address on your medical ID card.
3) Attach receipt - We will include a receipt with your email confirmation or log into your account to download.
