Ordering
Our team will review your order and, if necessary, get in touch with any questions. You will then receive confirmation of your order via email with an estimated date of delivery. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched or, if you opted to collect your order, when it has arrived at your chosen location.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online with secure payment. You can also pay via Apple Pay PayPal, or over the phone through our secure payment gateway.
Absolutely. If you would like to do this, the best way is to place separate orders for each pair.
The minimum age we can process a prescription order for is 16 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 can still place a non-prescription order online.
Delivery
Shipping is free from $200 and above, otherwise $20.
Each pair of spectacles or sunglasses is glazed and assembled to order, and will depend on the type of lens chosen.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout once you have chosen your lenses. But as a guide:
Spectacles
Non prescription spectacles - 4 days
Standard prescription spectacles - one week
Thinner prescription spectacles - two weeks
Blue filter, light reactive, photochromic spectacles - two weeks
Bespoke spectacles - one month
Sunglasses
Non prescription sunglasses - 4 days
Standard prescription sunglasses - 10 days
Thinner prescription sunglasses - two weeks
Polarised prescription sunglasses - two weeks
Bespoke sunglasses - one month
Accessories and physical gift cards - 3 days
Please allow an additional 5 days on top of this for delivery to the US and rest of the world.
We ship with DHL. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us and email updates from the couriers with detailed delivery information.
We offer shipping to the following countries:

Spain can only order non-prescription frames+lenses or accessories.
Orders being shipped outside of the USA, UK and Europe, will not include duties and tax fees covered by Cubitts.
Each country has different rules for custom and import duties. We suggest that you check before purchasing.
Returns
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy, excluding personalised products*.
For orders to the UK, US, and EU, returns are free. For the rest of the world, return postage is paid by the sender.
The 30-day no-quibble period begins from the delivery date.
*Personalised products are Bespoke, Bespoke+ orders and monogrammed cases.
For the US and EU, a pre-paid DHL returns label is enclosed in your order. Find your closest DHL drop off location here.
For the UK, create a pre-paid return label here.
For the rest of the world, send your returned package to the below address, quoting your order number. Please write 'Return' on the outside label:

Yes, we're happy to refund an unused gift card if it is within our 30-day return policy.
We operate in GBP, meaning if you purchased in USD or EUR, we actually receive the funds in pounds depending on that day's exchange rate. That means if you decide to return, the exchange rate may have changed, and you could receive a small amount less or a little gain in your refunded amount than you originally paid. This does not include any international-related charges that your bank or card provider may charge you on top of this.
