Our Warranty
All of our products including our ZEISS lenses are covered by a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defect.
Keeping your lenses in fine fettle will help them last a lifetime. For tips on how to care for your frame, take a look at our guide here.
We also offer a comprehensive range of aftercare services. If you need frame adjustments, you can pop into any of our stores anytime.
It can take a few days to get used to new lenses. Give yourself some time to adjust and try to avoid switching back to old spectacles. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're to help.
