We offer a two-year guarantee against any product fault, including the frame, lenses, and accessories, from the date of purchase.
All of our lenses are covered by the ZEISS lens scratch policy. This covers damage to the lens surface where the manufacturing claims of the coating have failed including:
- Light surface scratches to the coating where the scratch resistance should have protected the lenses
- Crazing caused coating failure
- Any discolouration or air particles within the lens material
Please note that the ZEISS lens scratch policy does not include:
- Deep scratches that have penetrated beyond the lens surface coating (beyond the scratch resistance of the product).
- Clear accidental damage that goes beyond the manufacturing claims on the lenses
