What is your warranty policy?
We offer a two-year guarantee against any product fault, including the frame, lenses, and accessories, from the date of purchase.
All of our lenses are covered by the ZEISS lens scratch policy. This covers damage to the lens surface where the manufacturing claims of the coating have failed including:

Light surface scratches to the coating where the scratch resistance should have protected the lenses

Crazing caused coating failure

Any discolouration or air particles within the lens material
Please note that the ZEISS lens scratch policy does not include:

Deep scratches that have penetrated beyond the lens surface coating (beyond the scratch resistance of the product).

Clear accidental damage that goes beyond the manufacturing claims on the lenses.
Does my warranty restart when I receive a replacement product?
No, the warranty starts from the date of your original purchase.
What if I have a problem outside of my warranty period?

What repairs do you offer?
Accidents happen, and our in-house repair service means that they don’t need to be fatal. Our workshop offers a range of repair services for Cubitts frames, including broken hinges, snapped frames or scratches. You can order a repair here.
When your eyes change with time, we’re here for the journey. We offer lens replacements for most frames, Cubitts or otherwise. You can order a lens replacement online here, with shipping paid both ways (UK and US only). You can also order lens replacements through any of our stores.
How does frame service work?
After one year of wearing your frames, we offer a complimentary frame service to all our wearers – involving an ultrasonic clean, polish, hinge service and refitting:

A Frame Services takes 5 days from receipt of your frame
My lenses need replacing. Can you do this at the same time as the frame rehab?
A lens change isn't included in the frame rehab, but if you'd like to get this done at the same time, you can add one to your order here.
