A single sheet. 0.7mm thick. Folded into a frame.
Cut by light, folded by hand, and fitted with the finest ZEISS lenses as standard.
The sheet.About the thickness of a credit card. The alloy is Ti-15-3-3-3, roughly 76% titanium, with vanadium, chromium, tin and aluminium: strong, light and springy, so every part can be drawn this fine.
Cut by light.The whole net of the frame is laser-cut from the sheet.
Formed by hand.Six sections, shaped by hand, slotted together and soldered around a bridge set at right angles.
Ion plated.Treated before plating, then treated once more.
Tumbled.Knocked about in a drum of metal fragments until the edges soften. No two finishes are the same.
Weight.9.5 grams, about the same as a hand of poker.
Titanium throughout.Temples in titanium all the way to the tip, and adjustable nose pads for a comfortable fit.

Every pair of Cubitts spectacles comes with a microfibre oversized cleaning cloth. To elevate this everyday object - and to discourage the widespread misuse of shirttails - we collaborate with some of the most compelling artists and designers working today.
Aluminium case
Protect your spectacles and sunglasses with our ultra-lightweight, exceptionally strong aluminium case. Also included is a non-toxic anti-fog lens cleaner that is safe for use on all lenses, with complementary refills available at any Cubitts store.
