Repairs and rehab frequently asked questions
The average turnaround for repairs is 5 working days from when we receive the frame. If our workshop advises the repair will take longer on closer inspection, we'll be in touch with an update.
Repairs come in four prices – nothing, £25, £50 and £75, depending on complexity.
Some things are covered under your spectacles’ two-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing product faults that are outside of general wear and tear.
Scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty.
The service takes 3-5 days upon receiving your frames at our King's Cross optical lab.
You can, but you'll need to arrange your own shipment of the frames back to us. We'll provide you with all the details you need to send it back.
Yes, you can arrange this service by visiting our stores. They'll then send your frames to our King's Cross lab to be serviced.
As our workshop team use tools exclusively designed for our Cubitts frames, we are unable to provide repair for non-Cubitts frames. We would recommend contacting the company from which you originally bought the frame.

My frame is a few years old and has since been discontinued. Can you still provide replacement parts?
