A perfectly fitting pair of spectacles should be a right, not a privilege.

For our acetate frames, we offer a custom service in our workshop. This involves removing the current acetate nose pad, and replacing it with adjustable metal nose pad arms.

We can then adjust these deeper nose pads to make your frames sit higher, further away from your face, or more comfortably on your nose.

We also offer a range of different nose pad materials - silicon, PVC, titanium and ceramic.

When to choose a deeper nose pad addition:

• If a frame sits too low on your face, obstructing your vision
• If a frame sits too close to your face, touching your eyelashes or your cheeks
• If a frame isn’t comfortable on the bridge
• If a frame slips down your nose, even after it’s been properly fitted to your face

To add deeper nose pads to your frame, simply select the complimentary option in the cart. Deeper nose pads can also be added to an existing frame for £15.
