This is not an entirely new account - all of your order and prescription history will be available. This simply reactivates your old account on our new website. You will then receive an email from us asking to reactivate your account. Simply follow the link to log in.

Of course. Contact our customer services team and we will see that your account is closed.

You can make changes to your account by logging in here and making the changes required using the account navigation at the side of the page.

You can do this by logging into your account, where your order status will be clearly displayed at the top of the page. If you have any further questions about your order status, please contact our team.

You can sign up to our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of our website page.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

Alternatively, you can contact us with your request and our customer services team will unsubscribe you manually. Please note, once you unsubscribe it may take up to seven days to update your preferences. If you would like to re-subscribe, you can do this at the bottom of any page of the website.
