How to find your size
You may have an instinctual feeling about the size of your head, based on a history of hats. If not, it’s easily measured.
If you have a current spectacle frame, measure the front with a ruler from edge to edge. measured.
If you don’t, you can stand in front of a mirror, holding a ruler against your face, and measure from side to side.
Your measurements should correspond to roughly the following:

Frame sizing
Less than 129mm. Shop frames in Extra Small.

How to find your fit
The correctly proportioned pair of spectacles goes beyond the size of the frame. How well a frame sits on your face is dependent on your nose. You should choose a fit that maximises the area of contact between the frame and your nose – the spectacle kiss, if you will.

Frame fit
If your nose is elegantly svelte, try our range of frames which come with a narrower fit (typically with a bridge which is 3-4mm narrower). Shop frames for Narrow Noses.
For those with a broader nose, try a frame with a roomier bridge (typically with a bridge which is 2-3mm wider). Shop frames for Wide Noses.
If your nose is of a diminutive nature - or starts lower than your pupils - try our frames with a low bridge. Look for this if the top of your existing frame is sitting too low, and obstructing your vision. Shop frames for Low Noses.
If blessed with a Roman or Grecian nose - where your nose begins above your pupils - try our frames with a high bridge. Look for this if your frame is sitting too high on your face (e.g. your eyebrows are in the lenses). Shop frames for High Noses.
